Mina MedSpa & Wellness Policies

1. Appointments

  • Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Same-day bookings may be available but are not guaranteed.
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients.



2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Notice Requirement: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full cost of the missed service.




3. Payment

  • Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment options. Full payment is required at the time of service.
  • Packages: Package payments are non-refundable. Unused sessions cannot be exchanged or refunded. Additional treatments beyond the purchased package are charged at the standard per-session rate unless another package is purchased.




4. Gift Cards

  • Purchases: Gift cards are available for purchase and are valid for all services offered.
  • Expiration: Gift cards must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
  • Non-Transferable: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another client.




5. Health & Safety

  • Client Responsibility: Please inform your Esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment.
  • Eligibility: Some treatments may not be suitable for clients with specific conditions, such as pregnancy, hemophilia, or active skin infections. Consultations are required to determine eligibility.
  • Sanitation: We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure your safety and comfort.




6. Treatment Preparation & Aftercare

  • Pre-Treatment: Clients must follow all preparation guidelines provided for their treatment to ensure optimal results. This includes avoiding sun exposure, discontinuing certain medications, and shaving or exfoliating as directed.
  • Post-Treatment: Follow aftercare instructions provided by your Esthetician to minimize side effects and maximize results. Failure to do so may impact the effectiveness of your treatment.




7. Children & Guests

  • Children: For safety reasons, children are not permitted in treatment rooms or left unattended in the waiting area.
  • Guests: Guests accompanying clients may wait in the lounge but are not allowed in treatment rooms.



8. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Service Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please notify us immediately so we can address your concerns.
  • Product Returns: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Opened or used products cannot be refunded or exchanged.




9. Privacy Policy

  • Client Information: All client information is kept confidential and used solely for booking, consultations, and treatment purposes. We will never share your personal information without your consent.




10. Inclement Weather Policy

  • Closures: In the event of severe weather, we may need to cancel or reschedule appointments. We will contact you as soon as possible if your appointment is affected.




11. Rights to Refuse Service

Mina MedSpa & Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, harassment, or failure to adhere to our policies.
